Reservation guarantee

A minimum of 5% of the total cost of the service is required to confirm your reservation for the session.

This fee serves as a guarantee for us and for you, allowing us to efficiently plan our working time and ensure preparation in advance.

Subject to notification of cancellation at least one day prior to the scheduled session, your fee may be refunded. Also, if you have any schedule changes, you can move your reservation to a more convenient time for you before the session.
