Reservation guarantee

A deposit ranging from 5% to 15% of the total service cost is required to confirm your appointment.

This fee serves as a guarantee for us and for you, allowing us to efficiently plan our working time and ensure preparation in advance.

If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, your payment can be refunded in the form of a gift certificate. Also, if you have any schedule changes, you can move your reservation to a more convenient time for you before the session.
