My job is to make sure everything runs calmly, smoothly, and with a good mood. I manage the artists’ schedules, help clients find a convenient time, give aftercare guidance, and create a welcoming atmosphere so every guest feels comfortable and confident.

I didn’t end up in the tattoo world by accident — I’ve always loved the studio vibe: the mix of creativity, responsibility, and respect for people. After several years working in customer service, I realized I wanted to be part of something real and alive — and that’s how I found myself here.

Every day I see clients come in with excitement, and leave with a smile and a new story on their skin. And it means a lot to me to be part of this process — even if it’s from behind the reception desk.
